About Anne Quenedey
Anne Quenedey is the founder of French Desk Tax & Advisory Partners, a boutique firm dedicated to cross-border tax and advisory. She has more than twenty years of experience working with corporates, entrepreneurs and families on complex international projects between France, Hong Kong and French overseas territories, including French Polynesia.
Anne has held senior positions in leading international law firms, where she developed extensive experience in corporate structuring, joint ventures, M&A and private equity. She has advised on projects spanning Europe and Asia, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions for cross-border investments and reorganisations.

Originally trained as a lawyer in Belgium, Céline has developed more than twenty years of international experience across Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on legal advisory, compliance and strategic projects.
Before joining Tax & Advisory Partners, Céline held senior legal and leadership positions in Hong Kong and Singapore, working with international organisations and stakeholders across multiple sectors.
